Your building, built twice.

Once on screen. Once on site. We fix the expensive mistakes on screen.

Imagine this is your home, shop or office. Scroll to look inside it. Drag to turn it.

Layer 1 · Structure

First, the skeleton.

Columns, beams and floors hold your building up. Think of them as its bones. Every pipe and wire must fit around them. Get this wrong, and nothing else fits.

Layer 2 · Air conditioning (Mechanical)

Then, the air.

Ducts carry cool, fresh air to every room. They are bulky, and they need a clear path. Often, no one checks that path until the workers arrive.

Layer 3 · Electrical

Then, the power.

Cables and panels bring electricity to every switch and socket. They need space, easy access and a safe distance from water.

Layer 4 · Plumbing

Then, the water.

Pipes bring water in and take it out. They must slope and find a way down. They cannot just bend around whatever is in the way.

All layers together

Now, watch what happens.

Each team drew its own layer. Put them together, and they fight for the same space. Every red mark is a clash: a duct through a beam, a pipe through a duct, a cable inside a column. On most projects, you meet these when the walls are already up. Every fix then costs money and time. Finding them early is called clash detection.

Fixed on screen

Fixed before the first brick.

We move the duct. We lower the pipe. We re-route the cable. It takes a few clicks. On site, each one means breaking walls, redoing work and waiting. Here, it costs almost nothing.

Your digital twin

This is your digital twin.

Your building, built once in software, with every part in its place. Every part knows what it is and how it connects to the rest. Change one thing, and everything else answers. When we build the real one, the mistakes are already gone.

What this is worth

On 32 major projects built with BIM, the best results were:

40%fewer surprise changes to the budget

10%of the contract value saved by finding clashes early

7%less time to finish the project

Zariya's Design Philosophy

Technology is how we build. Design is why.

You have seen the technical side of how we work. There is another side: the design itself. A building is not finished when it stands. It is finished when someone walks in and feels something: calm, energy, safety, pride. That feeling is different for every person, family or team. So we begin by listening to the people who will use the space, and we design toward the feeling they want. Light, sound, movement and touch are the materials of that feeling. The technology you just saw makes sure nothing stands in its way.

Light

Where the sun falls, and when.

Sound

How a room carries a voice.

Movement

How people move through.

Touch

What hands and eyes meet.

How we think
  1. Relationships over objects. A building is a system. We design the connections first.
  2. Rehearse before we build. Models and VR reviews find problems on screen, not on site.
  3. Design for how a place is experienced. Light, sound, movement and sightlines are inputs, not finishes.
  4. Show the reasoning. Every decision has a variable, a trade-off and a result.
  5. Keep value open. Clear process, clear costs, no gatekeeping.
